2-10 servings

1 bundleCoriander leaves
1 bundle mint leaves
1/3 cuppeanuts
2 teaspoons daliya (optional)
1-2 leavesspinach
2 teaspoonslemon juice
to tasteSalt, preferable pink rock salt
1 teaspoonsugar
4-5green chillies

Mix all the ingredients in the grinder.

Adjust the seasonings and the spice as per personal choice.

Add as little water as possible. Keep it thick, for better storage
