Grease tin wth oil press butter paper & grease oil. Melt 150 gm chocolate & butter in double boiler till all chocolate melt cool it

Pre heat vessel fr 10 mnt in low flame

Sieve flour, sugar, baking soda, cocoa powder add in chocolate mixture stir well add milk in batches mix well

Place in a tin & bake it fr 30 to 45 mins.

Add 100 gms chocolate & 3 tbsp milk in double boiler & make ganache

Pour ganache on the top of cake

Cut in a pieces grnish wth walnut.
