Gullabjaman has always been a classic Joyfull sweet enjoyed at any given time of year.while kneading dough plx note beat egg seprately,while kneading dough pour it slowly in milkpowder/flour,as full egg might not be used & little bit can be left.if we add whole egg at one time,dough might get too soft or even runny.Give rest time to dough after kneading+after giving round shape.resting helps dough to rise evenly.while frying do not over crowd the wok with dough balls & make sure to turn it when golden from one side only.too much use of spoon may spoil soft dough balls.

Add 1 cup sugar in 2 cup water & let it simmer while all sugar dissolves in water.keep it simmering at low flame so that syrup thickens a bit.add lemon juice

Sift together milkpowder semolina flour baking powder. Melt ghee.beat egg seprately

Add ghee in flour,start pouring egg slowly in flour & knead a soft dough.if little egg is left to add leave it.cover the dough & leave to rest for quite sometime

Make medium round balls from dough & keep covered with wet cloth for 10-15 min.heat oil in wok.add gullabjaman balls in oil at medium flame.once turn golden from one side then turn to other

Add the fried gullabjaman in sugar syrup & let them soak in it.(syrup is off flame now)

Garnish with slivers of almonds pistachio.enjoy flavourful easy quick sweet delight with joy
