Add all purpose flour and gram flour in a mixing bowl. Add salt, carrom seeds, red chilli powder and cooking Oil for moyan and mix well till flours start binding. Add water slowly and knead a dough.

Knead the dough thoroughly and then keep aside for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes knead again for 2 minutes.

Take a portion of dough and make a ball. Like wise make all the balls and roll with the help of rolling pin.

Heat oil in a wok. Roll puri and deep fry till golden brown colour. Flip the side and fry from other side also. Likewise make all the puris.

Serve hot with chana curry and salad.
