Ingredients

  1. 1.1 lbsground pork (500 grams)
  2. 10.5 ozboiled pork skin (300 grams)
  3. 2 tablespoonsgarlic
  4. 1/2 teaspoonsea salt
  5. 1 cupGreek yogurt (about 240 ml)
  6. 20red Thai chili peppers

Steps

    Place the ground pork in a mixing bowl.

    Add the boiled pork skin.

    Add the garlic and sea salt.

    Add 1 cup of Greek yogurt (make sure to use a keto-friendly Greek yogurt).

    Mix everything together thoroughly.

    Put the chili peppers in a heat-safe bag, then add the mixed pork mixture.

    Once shaped, let it sit at room temperature for 2-3 days to ferment.
