  1. 6 1/3 ozcanned mushrooms
  2. 1/2zucchini, sliced
  3. 1/2turnip, cut into half-moons
  4. 1/4red bell pepper, chopped
  5. 1 tbspAsian ginger and carrot dressing
  6. 1 tbspkorma
  7. 3 tbspsoy sauce
  8. 1 tspground curry
  9. 1 tbspminced garlic and parsley
  10. Sesame seeds
  11. Balsamic glaze
  12. Extra virgin olive oil

Cooking Instructions

    In a pot with oil, sauté the mushrooms with soy sauce, minced garlic and parsley, and Asian ginger and carrot dressing for about 8 minutes. Set aside.

    In the same pot, add the vegetables with soy sauce, korma, and curry, and cook for about 10 minutes.

    Serve in a clay pot, sprinkle with sesame seeds, and drizzle with balsamic glaze. Enjoy!
