  • 1/4 cupSemolina
  • 1/4 cupbesan
  • as per tasteSalt
  • 2 tbspfor frying oil

    In a mixing bowl add all the ingredients and knead a medium tight dough. Let the dough rest for 15 minutes.

    Roll medium size puri.

    Heat oil in a pan. Fry puri till done.
