Firstly knead the soft dough set aside for 10 minutes besides prepare potatoes saag in a pressure cooker add oil while it’s warm add the tempering things curry leaves, cumin, mustard seeds, few black seeds, green chili’s, ginger garlic paste sauté for a minute then pop in diced potatoes, chopped onions, salt & turmeric powder with 1/2 glass water cover the lid.

Once the potatoes are done in two whistles cook till the water is soaked and you get a thick potatoes saag ready now know the dough make small balls for the puris now roll each puri.

Besides preheat oil in Kadai set the stove burner towards medium flame drop each puri slowly it will pop up let it blow then flip to other side once it turns golden remove it gradually prepare all puris.

The deliciously awesome puri saag is ready to enjoy with your family.
