Firstly, make a paste of boiled matar in the grinder.

Than take big bowl put maida, carrom seeds, sugar, salt, cumin powder, kasuri methi, butter and mix it properly.

Then with the matar paste make tight dough.

Then with the help of rolling pin and board make rotis.

Then as per your requirement cut it.

Now take Kadhai put oil heat it then deep fry all namakpare.

You enjoy this delicious namakpare.
