Dry roast the poha (flattened rice) at low flame until the become crunchy.

Deep fry peanuts, daal, coconut slices, cashew nuts, almonds, and add them to the roasted poha (sprinkle some salt and powdered sugar as per your requirement).

Make a tadka: For that add cumin seeds, mustard seeds, garlic, sliced green chilies, curry leaves, and turmeric powder. Now add that tadka to the poha mixture.

Thoroughly mix and the poha Chivda is ready.
