Peel then boil the pumpkin for 10mins

Blend until you get a thick paste

Mix the pumpkin blend with the water sugar,salt then blend until smooth

Put the flour in a bowl add the blended mixture and knead until soft.

Cover the dough with a clinfilm and let it rest for 10mins

Take a piece of the dough roll into a huge circle,apply oil top and cut into vertical strips and roll into a ball

Roll the oiled balls Into circles and fry each side 2 mins until brown

Serve desired stew or tea
