Egg Plant Bhartha

Firstly wash and peel egg plants.

Then Cut baigan/egg plant into dices.
- 3
Then put into cooker and wait for one whistle, then off the gass.
- 4
Heat ghee then add cumin, asafoetida crackled them then saute garlic and add onions and saute well. Make translucent.

Add green and red chilli.
- 6
Add tomato and cook until become soft.
- 7
Add all spices. Mix well cook for 2 minutes.

Smash cooked egg plant and add into tadka and mix well.
- 9
Cook for 5 minutes on low flame.

Mix garam masala and coriander leaves.
- 11
Our baigan/egg plant bhartha is ready.
