Selomina Coconut Laddoo

Heat a pan, pouring 2 spoons of desi ghee in it. Then add semolina and roast it on low flame for 4-5 minutes.

Shift semolina to a bowl. Then again heat the pan by adding 2 spoons of desi ghee to it. Now add dry fruits to it and roast for 1 minute.

Now add grated coconut to it and roast for another 2-3 minutes on low flame.

Transfer into the bowl where you have put semolina. Let it cool down, then add sugar to it and mix well.

Add milk to it and then roll the balls. Our semolina laddoos are ready to eat.
