Steps

Take 1 kg chickpea flour and add milk and rub it with palm.

After mixing the flour and milk sieve the flour.

In pot take sugar and add water upto sugar level only.

Heat it on high flame till sugar dissolves. Now turn the gas on slow flame.

In another heavy bottom kadai add ghee and chickpea flour and stir continuesly on slow flame.

After half and hour the chickpea mixtures turns golden in colour and nice aroma will come.

We get this type of mixture.

For chashni we want 1 string chashni. Check the chashni. Now add colour and cardamom powder. Mix it and add chickpea mixture.

Mix it well and pour this mixture in greases plates and add dryfriuts on top. Let it set for one day. After that cut it in your desired shapes and enjoy the authentic mohanthal.
