Ajwain Puri

Ajwain Puri
Steps
- 1
In a Big Mixing Bowl: Take all the ingredients, aforementioned to knead well to form a smooth yet tight dough
- 2
While kneading the Dough- Add in the water gradually & not the entire measured quantity altogether (The Dough should be just smooth enough & not too soft nor too tight- Just the perfect kind to fry the Puris)
- 3
Once the Dough’s prepared: Set it aside for about 30 mins time before deep frying the Puris
- 4
After 30 mins: From the Dough- Prepare the dough-lets ie. divide the entire dough into small balls (the sizes & quantity may vary, as per your own choice- to ultimately yield the required numbers of puris, you want to prepare)
- 5
Now, in a deep frying pan: Add in the sufficient oil to deep fry the Puris- one by one (Like any normal Puris)
- 6
Once the Puris are prepared: Place them onto a kitchen towel, to soak the excess oil from it- before the final serving
- 7
ENJOY....The AJWAIN PURI with the Sabji, Chutney, Achar of your choice...or even with any other Veg. or Non-veg side platters or Condiments 💁🏻♀️
