#Paneer pakora is a deep fried popular north Indian snack. Paneer slices are stuffed with green chutney, coated with the gram flour batter and then deep fry till golden brown.

#Paneer pakora is a deep fried popular north Indian snack. Paneer slices are stuffed with green chutney, coated with the gram flour batter and then deep fry till golden brown.
Steps

Mix all the ingredients for making batter except water and then add water slowly stirring the mixture to avoid formation of lumps and make a batter.

Whisk the batter thoroughly for 2-3 minutes till gram flour becomes fluffy. Rest for 10 minutes.

Cut paneer in small pieces. Apply green chutney on o e side of paneer and then dip it in batter.

Heat oil in a wok. Add paneer pakora one by o e and then deep fry till golden brown colour. Flip the side and fry from other side also. Likewise make all the pakoras. Remove it in a plate.

Serve hot with green chutney.
