Wash and roast brinjal nicely.

Now remove from the flame and allow it to cool completely. Remove the skin carefully.Chop onion, coriander leaves and chillies and keep aside.

Mash it well. Add onion, coriander leaves, salt and chillies.

Now add lemon juice. Mix it well.
- 5
Serve with dal and rice.
