I wanted the jello fruit cups from the store (that comes in a pack think it was called oranges in gel ), for my lunch so i made this. It was cheaper and i get way more. I do my schooling at home now so this will last me a few days and i can share with my brothers . To see my video of me making this on just how easy it is check out Picture at end of recipe .

Ingredients

1pgk Orange Jell-O (big box)
1 canmandarin oranges (drained save the juice its 1 cup)
3 cupswater (2 cups boiled)

On sauté mode boil 2 cups of water, then turn off instant pot.

Meanwhile as the water is boiling drain the can of mandarin oranges saving the juice and add 1 cup of cold water to the juice set aside

Once water has boiled add in the box of Jell-O stir until dissolved next add in the cold water and fruit juice stir then add Mandarin oranges stir. Pour into a glass baking dish or a pie dish refrigerate until set.
