Mix salt sugar dahi (500g) milk and cream in a large bowl and keep in fridge

Now make aata batter mix both aata with salt and 3 spice mix with water. Batter must be not too thick not runny..Rest for at least 30 mins

Now heat oil and fry these phulkian on medium low heat untill light golden

We have separated 250 g of dahi now mix dahi with 250 g of milk with half tsp salt and 1 tbsp of sugar(mentioned in ingredient list) and soak all balls in it it will become more moist and juicy.(no need to soak in water) keep this in fridge.

Take a big bowl put all balls in it spread dahi over it.. serve with imli chutney papri and Chaat masala..
