Thin crispy poori made of Maida..Have been eating them since childhood.Is made specially during Diwali.
Steps

Make a soft dough using maida,oil,salt and til seeds.

Cover the dough and allow it to rest for 15 minutes.

Divide the dough into equal parts.

Roll into a big thin Chapati.
- 5
Using a katori or a round mould cut into round shapes and spread them on a steel plate or muslincloth to dry.

After 5 minutes roll them again very thin and allow it to dry further.

Fry them in oil on a medium heat
- 8
Allow them to cool down completely.Store them in a airtight jar.
