As there were excess bananas after the diwali.I froze the bananas and added cocoa and pecan nuts and turned it into ice cream.

As there were excess bananas after the diwali.I froze the bananas and added cocoa and pecan nuts and turned it into ice cream.

Steps

Peel, slice and freeze the bananas on a tray for at least 5-6 hours or overnight.

Put the frozen bananas in the food processor/ mixer grinder jar and churn it for a minute, scrap the jar as and when required...then add the cocoa powder to it and again churn/ blend for a minute or so. Chop the pecan nuts and add it too and mix.

Pour in a container and again sprinkle some pecan nuts on top, cover and freeze for 5-6 hours or overnight. Once frozen serve it. Bon Appetit!!!!
