Rava coconut laddoo
Steps

Firstly dry roast the rava and keep it aside.

Add the freshly grated coconut to rava when it is still hot and mix well.

Make the sugar syrup with sugar and one cup of water. Cook for 5 to 6 min and switch off the gas.

Take melted ghee in a pan heat it and add the rava and coconut mixture also add cashews and raisins and cook for about 6 to 8 mins.

Now add sugar syrup cardamom and saffron and cook for another 10 to 12 mins.

Take a small amount on the back of a steel cup try rolling it if it rolls without sticking to the cup then the laddoo batter is done. You can stop cooking.

Spread this in a plate or tray and Keep it aside for two hours covered with a lid

After two hours mix it well and make laddoos
