Ingredients

1 tbspghee
1 cupmilk
1 packetchoco milk powder
2 tbspsugar
1 cupdesiccated coconut (can used fresh grated coconut)
Pinchsalt

Steps

Heat up a pan add ghee and milk. Bring it to one boil then add milk powder. Mix it well. Add sugar and salt and mix it well till sugar dissolves.

Add the coconut to the milk and mix it continuously till everything come together.

Let the mixture cool down little bit. Then prepared the ladoos and roll them on the coconut.
