Ingredients

  • 1onion
  • 1tomato
  • 1/4 cuppeas
  • 1cupsicum
  • 1/4 tsp cumin seeds
  • Pinchhing/asafoetida
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1/4 tspgaram masala
  • 1/4 tspBlack Pepper Powder
  • 1/2 tspgaram masala (optional)
  • 1/4 tspturmeric powder
  • 1 1/4 cupoats
  • 3 cupwater
  • 2 tspcoriander leaves
  • 2 tspoil

Steps

10 minutes
  1. 1

    First heat the oil add cumin hing onion after a minute add capsicum green chillies carrots peas and saute well then add tomatoes salt turmeric powder black pepper powder garam masala too good masala and will cook until tomatoes mashy

    Then add oats and roast for 2mintues after that put water

    And cook atlest 5 minutes or the water may not dry veg oats are ready serve hot
