In a mixing bowl take all-purpose flour and 2tbsp ghee..mix well..when you press flour it should bind, add salt according to taste,mix well now adding little water at a time prepare semi smooth dough..apply little 1/2tsp ghee on top of the dough..let it rest for 10 minutes

Now knead the dough properly make two portions roll out in to thin layer,with a help of small cutter cut in to small pooris,

Now place one small disc(poori)sprinkle some dry flour apply little water with finger in the center in a straight diameter..now place one more small poori on the top sprinkle some flour apply water in the center..repeat until 10 pooris now with the help of a tooth pick press it in the middle where water was applied

Now deep fry them in the medium hot oil as soon as you drop them with the help of tooth pick gently separate layers it looks like flowers..fry until light brown..your mathri is ready to have with a hot cup of tea
