Ingredients

10 minutes
2 servings
  1. 2 PiecePomfret Fish
  2. 6 SpoonMustard Powder
  3. 1 TspTurmeric Powder
  4. to tasteSalt
  5. Mustard Oil
  6. 1Tomato
  7. 8-10 piecesBori (Dry Red Lentil Fritters)

Steps

10 minutes
  1. 1

    Pour Mustard Oil in pan. Wait till smoke comes out. Fry Fish pieces. Set aside after frying golden.

  2. 2

    Put Bori in the oil. Fry them.

  3. 3

    Put mustard powder in a bowl. Add water and make paste.

  4. 4

    Put it in blender and make smooth paste.

  5. 5

    Add chopped tomato in the pan. Fry till tomatoes soften.

  6. 6

    Add the mustard paste. Add salt to taste, 1 Tsp Turmeric Powder.

  7. 7

    Cook for few minutes till raw smell goes away.

  8. 8

    Add fried fish pieces. Cook for few minutes more.
