Soak urad dal.

Strain and grind dal.

In a bowl add grinded dal, salt and ginger paste. Mix well.

Heat oil in a kadhai.

Spread water on your hand, take some mixture on your hand, dip your finger in water and make a whole in the center of vada.

Add this mixture to hot oil.,

Deep fry it on medium flame.
