🍎Instant 15 mins Apple Milk peda recipe with Jaggery!!
Here is my next try for this festive season.🤩
My kiddo was jumping for this mini apples once I made this! It was another hit in my home! 😊 Coated it with Beetroot powder for red colour. Didn’t wanted to use chemical food colours!

8 small Apple peda

Jaggery syrup
1/2 cupJaggery
1/4 cupWater
Peda ingredients
2.5 tspGhee
1 cupMilk powder
2 tbspwarm milk + Generous pinch Saffron
1/4 cupMilk
Decor items
1 tspBeetroot powder with water
8Cloves
Ghee to grease plate
8halved Pistachios

Prepare the jaggery syrup by boiling water & Jaggery. Filter it once the Jaggery is dissolved. Set aside.

In a pan, add ghee, milk and Milk powder. Cook until it thickens. Add saffron Milk & Jaggery at the end.

Remove it from heat once it forms a single mass. Add it to greased plate to set. When warm to touch, roll it to a ball.

Make a dent on top of each ball & insert inverted clove to ressemble apple stem.

Mix beetroot powder with water & apply over pedas for bright red apples. You can make halved pistachios as leaves of apple. Yummy apple pedas are done.
