Masala Chai! This name spells magic for almost every Indian. This is an important part of everyone's daily routine. People love to sip this amazing Tea with ample amount of goodness that it has. It's an excellent health loaded Chai for all. Differe people make it differently with some minor changes, sometimes adding all the ingredients as mentioned here in my recipe or maybe by skipping one of it or even adding a new one. However the quality and the benefits remain the same. I have added these ingredients as they were handy and ready in my pantry.

Bring milk, sugar and water to a rolling boil on a high heat at first. Simmer on a low heat for about 5-6 minutes.

Simultaneously add all the ingredients to it without fail so that the flavours steep in when you allow it to simmer. Strain and serve immediately.

Enjoy with your loved ones and friends at Shaam Ki Chai with some namkeen.
