Cauliflower Paratha

Let’s take the wheat flour, add salt, knead with the water and make a medium soft dough. Apply some oil on it and keep it aside for 10 mins.

Now grate the cauliflower first to prepare the stuffing and then let’s take oil in a pan. When oil is hot, add cumin seeds and when it crackles then add grated ginger, grated cauliflower and sauté for 3 mins. Now add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala, dry mango powder, salt and mix well. Sauté on medium flame then add chopped coriander, mix it well again. Now the Paratha stuffing is ready and keep it aside.

Now take a ball size dough, dust some wheat flour and roll it little thick and place the cauliflower stuffing in the centre and start pleating, press it slightly and roll it gently. Now place it on hot pan, flip it once and roast it with the oil apply on both side. Now the paratha is ready and you can serve it with the butter on top of it if you want along with the curd and pickle.
