Wash all the chopped vegetables and boil in cooker and give 4-5 whistle
- 2
Chopped tomatoes and onion and garlic cloves
- 3
Now heat a pan add oil and butter add garlic paste into the pan saute for few seconds and now add chopped onions and tomatoes

Now add salt and 1tbsp red chilli powder to the Veggies saute for 2-3 minutes until it releases oil
- 5
Add the boiled vegetables and mix them well and add the some water add remaining red chilli powder, garam masala and cook them well by covering the lid

After 10-12mins the bhaji starts getting mixed up with thick texture lastly add lemon juice and coriander leaves to the bhaji.

You can serve the bhaji with Bread, pav, paratha, garlic tomato chutney, papad and salad
