Cauliflower Kofta

Let’s take the cauliflower and grate it. Now take boiled potatoes, peel & grate them. Mix grated cauliflower and potatoes. Now add gram flour and then add red chilli powder, coriander powder, salt, chopped green chillies, grated ginger, coriander leaves and mix it well.

Now take some oil on the palm and then make the round balls and fry them on medium high flame until golden brown. Now keep these balls aside.

For gravy: now let’s take tomatoes, green chilli, ginger and make a fine paste. Now heat the oil in a pan, when the oil is hot then add cumin seeds.

Once the cumin seeds crackled, then add coriander powder, turmeric powder, add the prepared paste and sauté for a while. now add 3/4 tsp red chilli powder, kasuri methi and mix it well. Sauté until gravy release the oil. Now add gram flour, mix it well with the gravy and cover it with the lid and cook it well.

Now add the water as per the gravy thickness you want and add garam masala, salt and chopped coriander leaves. Now mix well, cover it with lid and cook for 2-3 mins. Now gravy and Kofta’s both are prepared. When you are ready to eat then place the kofta’s in serving plate and add the hot gravy on it and serve it
