Steps

Wash and peel Bottlegourd. Wash mung beans. Cook in cooker with 2 glass of water upto 3-4 whistles

Let it cool. Peel ginger, garlic and turmeric. Wash properly.

Grind ginger, turmeric, garlic and peppercorns in mortar. Add it to cooked mung. Add salt and blend it nicely with blender. Boil for 4-5 minutes. Enjoy hot.
