Steps

Clean wash and soak rice in fresh water. In a big vessel heat up oil add chopped onions stir till golden brown add red chilli powder add chopped tomatoes and saute till tometoes will be soft

Now add green chilli paste add frozen peas mix well now add fenugreek leaves (wash them first) saute add salt as required add

Now add soak rice first drain then add mix well add drinking water required on rice base cook well till water dissolve.

When water is totally dissolves only remain little and makes bubbles cover the rice pan and put on some heavy thing and slow the gas for 5 min then open lid add garam masala powder mix well.

Your tasty esy rice are ready to eat enjoy with papad pickle or any veggies. Thank you.
