Steps

Boil milk.Remove from stove,cool for 5 minutes.

Add vinegar in 1/4cup water.Add to milk.Stir and wait for cuddling of milk.

Strain the cuddled milk. It will give you about 1 cup cottage cheese. Divide the cottage cheese into 2 half pirtions.

Heat a pan,add one portion of cottage cheese to the pan,add sugar and cook on low flame till a thick residue is formed.

Crumble the second part of cottage cheese and mix with the first part.Add kewra water.Mix well.

Divide into 8-10 equall sized balls.Roll in dessicated coconut or in fine sugar.

Garnish with pistachio flakes.Serve.
