In a bowl mix together wheat flour,salt.add water little by little and mix.

Knead to from a smooth and soft dough.

Cover and let the dough for ½hour.

Mix the grated cauliflower along with coriander powder, chopped green chillie,carom seeds,chopped ginger,red chilli powder, salt and coriander leaves and mix well.

Make equal sized balls out of the dough.

To dust use wheat flour and roll them to think small circles.put 1tbsp mixture into it and close it from the eadges.

Roll the partha

Cook partha from both side by applying ghee and serve.
