This is a delicious breakfast or anytime meal. Inspired by one of the chefs and colleague I look up to "Machuma's Kitchen".
Steps

Take a large bowl and combine all dry ingredients.

Add 1/2 a cup of the milk and butter then mix.
- 3
Keep adding milk 1/2 a cup at a time to avoid lumps & mix vigorously making sure everything is combined before another addition.

Repeat with the rest of the milk till there are no more lumps & mixture is runny.

In a pan over medium heat pour 1/3 cup of the batter in the middle & tilt your pan making sure the bottom of pan is thinly covered.

Cook till edges of crepe start to crisp. Remove gently & put in a plate then cover to keep crepes moist.

Serve with sliced bananas and honey or any fruit of your choice.
