Arabic paratha (street style)
Steps

In a bowl mix flour,salt and ghee and make a smooth ball and leave it for 10 minutes.

In a separate bowl crack 5 eggs and give it a good mix. Add onion(diced), coriander, green pepper, salt and red chilli powder.

Make medium size balls of flour mixture and roll into a circle. Add a small amount of egg mixture on top of it and carefully fold it.

Carefully lift the paratha with egg mixture and place it in pan with oil for frying. Fry it for about 5 minutes each side or until it’s fully cooked on a low flame.

Serve hot with different sauces like mayonnaise (ps it was homemade), ketchup any sauce of your choice!!!
