Steps

Take small florets from cauliflower and wash them thoroughly

Add salt,red chilli powder,black pepper powder and mix well..

Add all-purpose flour and rice flour and mix well

Now add ginger garlic paste,red food colour and mix well and add little water so that everything is well coated on florets

Now take a pan on flame..heat oil and fry florets on medium flame..

Once golden,take out on a paper towel..crispy cauliflower florets are ready..

Take a pan add oil in it.add ginger,garlic in it..now add onion,green chilli,spring onion in it.saute for 2 min..

After that add chilli sauce,soya sauce,tomato ketchup,vinegar,salt in it..stir it..

Add florets and mix well..

Cauliflower manchurians are ready,garnish with some spring onion..serve hot..
