For Kofta =Mashed potatoes and mix grated paneer in it.

Add salt,red chilli powder, amchur powder in it, make dough of it.

Give it oval shape,and coat in the cornflour.

Deep fry them, and koftas are ready. Keep it aside.

For gravy : Grind onion, tomatoes, green chilli, ginger, garlic together.Make paste of it

In a pan, Pour oil,saute the paste. Add salt, red chilli powder, dhania jeera powder in it. Gravy is ready.

For serving, in a serving dish first place kofta, pour gravy on it. Garnish with coriander leaves and grate some cheese on it. Our dish Malai Kofta is ready to serve.
