Ingredients

  • 8chicken thighs skin on bone in
  • 1 tspground black pepper
  • 1 tspsalt
  • 2 tspgranulated garlic powder
  • 1 tsponion powder
  • 2 tbspanchote paste dissolved in warm water
  • 1/4 cuphoisin sauce
  • 1/4 cupolive oil

Steps

  1. 1

    in a pan that has a lid with good fit heat pan add oil add chicken skin side down with half the spices sprinkle on chicken cover 5 minute turn chicken over add reast of spices

  2. 2

    every 5 minutes turn on third turn add anchote water 5 minutes turn add hoisin

  3. 3

    cook covered 20 minutes medium high heat covered

  4. 4

    remove chicken reserve whats in pan
