  • 150 gsteak
  • 150 gham
  • 2eggs
  • 4 tablespoonsbutter
  • Pinchsalt
  • Pinchpepper
  • Dashlemon juice
  • Dashlime juice
  • Pinchsugar
  • Tablespoonsesame oil

    I had previously cooked a ham so I had leftovers you could use pre-cooked store-bought ham or packaged for sandwiches doesn't really matter Cook for 10 minutes I like mine a little crispier

    I use leftover steak you can use fresh cooked doesn't matter cut up add into frying pan with him 10 minutes I like it a little crispy

  3. 3

    Cook the ham in the steak for the same amount of time obviously if you're using fresh it's going to take longer to cook

  4. 4

    You can cook fresh rice I had leftovers heat up in a separate frying pan add salt pepper lemon juice lime juice sugar and sesame oil add butter cook till crispy golden brown

  5. 5

    I used two eggs use as many as you like Cook the egg so it's still runny inside

  6. 6

    Add the steak and ham to rice cook for another 2 minutes add extra butter then plate and top with egg
