Mix all the ingredients of marination section in a mixing bowl with chicken breast and keep it aside for 30 minutes.

Add some oil in a non-stick pan or wok and fry all chicken pieces till golden brown on both sides. Take out all in a separate dish.

Add some ghee in the same pan or wok add cumin seeds when it splatter add onion and chilli fry till onion become translucent,add carrot, beetroot,peas, raisins,almonds and washed and soked rice. saute for 2 minutes add salt and water.

When water boils cover the pan and cook on low flame for 10 minutes and check whether the rice is cooked or not by taking out some rice in your hand and pressing,at this point add all the fried chicken pieces on the top of rice and press it gently and cover the pan and simmer for 2 minutes and serve hot.
