First, we will make Pudla better. For this, take equal parts of chickpea flour and rice flour, add salt, chilli and turmeric and add buttermilk to make it batter.

Buttermilk is to be added slowly so that the batter does not become too thin. It is better to keep it covered for 1/2 hour.

To make chilli vinegar, add finely chopped green chillies in 2 teaspoons of vinegar and leave for half an hour. Chilli vinegar is essential for making Frankie.

To make the stuffing, heat oil in a pan and add cumin, ginger, chilli paste and neem. All spices are to be added.

Now add capsicum, mashed potatoes and coriander. Everything has to be mixed properly. The stuffing is ready. I have to let it cool down.

Pudla is to be made from the prepared batter. For this, heat the iron and apply a little oil on it.

The prepared stuffing is to be hand-fried on both sides on an iron.

Apply green sauce on the prepared poodle and put the prepared stuffing on it.

It is topped with Chilli vinegar, cabbage and onion. Frankie is about to spice it up.

Now fold this pudla from both sides and make the roll.
