Bring Vegetables and spices altogether.

Chopped Vegetables in big chunks

Take 8 cups water in a pan and let it boil on fast gas

Once it started boiling,add dry spices first

Then add all the Vegetables and slow down the flame of gas. Cover the pan with lid and cook it for 20 to 25 minutes.

After 25 minutes, switch off the flame.Strain it after 10 to 15 minutes. Strain lightly,without rubbing any Vegetables.We want stock consistency like water,so don't mash the Vegetables while straining them.Serve hot or warm.
