Coca-Cola Ice Cream (Only 2 Ingredients)

This is so easy, I sometimes ask my kids to make it. We love ice cream! It can be quite pricey, though. Making our own ice cream is fun. Cooking together is a way to create memories for the future. We are blessed to be able to connect and communicate well as a family.
This recipe needs a mixer. You can also whip the cream by hand. No cooking is required! And you don't need an ice cream maker for this!

Steps
- 1
Chill the whipping cream and coca-cola in the fridge first, about 3-4 hours.
- 2
Use a mixer to whip the cream until it's stiff.
- 3
Gradually add coca-cola and fold carefully. When they are well combined, pour into a mold or two (I used two containers). Keep the ice cream in the fridge about 8 hours before serving.
