Sprout moong veg

First take a whole moong and soak it in water for over night. Next day spread the soaked seeds on a colander or a sieve and cover it with a moist cotton cloth. Let it sprout over a period of 8 to 16 hours on a room temperature.

Take a pot or pan and boil the water and add little salt in it. Once the water boil add sprout in it just for 2 mins. After 2 mins strain it. Don't cook it more than 2 to 3 mins.

Now heat oil in a pan and crackle cumin seeds. Then add ginger garlic paste and slit green chillies.

Stir and saute till the raw aroma of ginger and garlic goes away. Now add chopped onion.

Saute for 3-4 mins and now add tomatoes. Saute till the tomatoes soften. And add turmeric powder,dhaniya powder,garam masala,red chilli powder and salt in it. Stir very well.

Now add the sprouts. Stir and mix well. Cover the sprouts for 2 mins. Now add kitchen king masala in it. let it cook for 5 to 7 mins.

Off the stove and add some coriander and lemon juice in it. And serve it with roti or paratha.
