For 9 inch round cake tin;
3eggs
200 grgranulated sugar
200 mlmilk
200 mlsunflower oil
1lemon juice and zest
1 tspbaking powder
2 tbsppoppy seeds
500 grall flour
1 tspvanilla extract
Lemon curd;
2large eggs
2large lemon juice and zests
2 tbspcorn flour
150 grbutter
200 grgranulated sugar

Mix eggs and sugar in a deep bowl. Add milk, oil, vanilla extract, lemon juice and zests mix well.

Mix dry ingredients another bowl and add in liquid ingredients gently and keep mixing.

Place your cake mix in cake tin and bake it for 40 mins in 180°c preheated oven.

For lemon curd;

Mix eggs, sugar and corn flour and add lemon juice and zest. Stir well and cook them in a saucepan until boiled. Place it in another bowl and add butter stir well and stay for cool.

Spread room temperatured lemon curd on your cake. Enjoy 😍
