Chuck Roast Beef Tips

Ingredients

6-8 hours

  1. Beef
  2. 1 lbchuck roast cut into small cubes
  3. 1 TBSgarlic powder
  4. 2 tspsalt
  5. 1 TBSblack pepper
  6. 1 TBSdried basil leaves
  7. Gravy
  8. 1 cancream of mushroom soup-10.5 oz
  9. 32 ozbeef broth-low sodium
  10. 1 packetonion soup mix

Cooking Instructions

6-8 hours
  1. 1

    In a medium bowl place beef and seasonings. Mix until beef is covered. Refrigerate over night.

    Place beef and all gravy ingredients in stockpot 4 or 6 quart.

  3. 3

    Cook on high for 30min-1 HR. Reduce to low and cook for an additional 5-7 hours.
