Steps

Clean and wash it nicely arbi with hot water and salt.

Now cut it whatever shape you want circle or long slices.

In a kadai add mustard oil....let them hot nicely then add arbi.

Cook it on medium flame and stir in between till half.

Now will add turmeric,dry coriendar,green chilli and salt..stir nicely

Almost near to cook....add onion slices.... Cover it and cook 5 min.

Arbi is ready....now will add green coriendar and mix it

Serve it with hot chapati and lassi 😋
